DoggyLife — Delete your account and data

Delete it in the app (immediately)
- Open DoggyLife and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted at once and you are signed out.
No access to the app?
Email support@doggylifeapp.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my DoggyLife account". We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in details).
- The dogs you created and everything recorded for them: profile and photos, health records, weight, walks, meals, activities, training history, family reminders, care instructions, and the dog's collar QR code and its public page.
- Invitations you sent or received (including the email addresses on them), and the care marks and notes you made as a family member, sitter or guest.
- Your Lost & Found announcements (with their photos), your messages in Lost & Found conversations, your messages in chats with a sitter or guest, and your helper applications.
- Your travel requests ("Travel with your dog").
- Your reminders, your AI conversation history, and your push notification token.
- Your membership in other people's family groups.
What is kept
- Notes you added to a dog that belongs to someone else (for example a meal, training note, or family chat message) stay with that dog's owner and family; they are no longer linked to your account.
- Messages another person received from you in a Lost & Found conversation may stay in their inbox.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel them: cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions.
