Common questions
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and the data that belongs to it. Details, and how to ask by email if you no longer have the app, are on the delete account page.
- How do I cancel DoggyLife+? Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). We cannot cancel or refund them directly.
- How do I report a message or a listing? Press and hold a family chat message, or use the menu on a Lost & Found listing, then choose Report. Reports are reviewed within about 24 hours.
- Is AI Doctor a veterinarian? No. It gives general guidance only; in an emergency contact a veterinarian immediately.
Supporting DoggyLife
Settings → Support DoggyLife lets you send an optional one-time tip to help keep the app independent and free of ads. A tip is voluntary and unlocks nothing. It is not a charitable donation, so it is not tax-deductible, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Details are in the Terms of Service.
